- I don't believe it is due to your OS revision (3.1), but rather to the
- custom chipset. OS3.x doesn't do this with autoscroll screens on a
- graphics card, but does on AGA. Its probably some side effect of AGA
- having to fetch planar mode data N bits at a time. At least, that's
- what I guess.
